Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, home of the Dodgers, seats about 56,000 — the largest capacity of any Major League Baseball park. Opened in 1962 in Chavez Ravine, it is the third-oldest ballpark in the majors, ringed by palm trees with views of the San Gabriel Mountains beyond the outfield.
